Peruvian Walnut Wood Slabs
Perhaps a more appropriate name would be Tropical Walnut, but the name Peruvian Walnut is better known among hardwood experts, even though this particular Walnut may not always come from Peru. The name Nogal is also used on occasion, and is the Spanish word for Walnut. This species has a dark coffee-colored grain with some purplish hues throughout. The most common uses for this specie are furniture, cabinetry, veneers, flooring, musical instruments, and interior trim.
